Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, all Partumy sock sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.  Partumy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at carly@partumy.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund when appropriate.
